Risk and Ownership

 All risks in goods pass to the purchaser on delivery, Ownership of goods shall remain with Central Frozen Food Supplies Ltd. 

 

Last Orders

Goods delivered must be checked in the presence of our delivery driver. Claims for discrepancies should be made directly to the company at the time of delivery. 

 

Discrepancies 

Orders must be placed before 5pm on the day prior to delivery. 

 

Returns

Any goods to be returned must be arranged with the office as our drivers are not authorised to accept goods to be returned without the appropriate documentation.

 

Payment Terms

Payment terms are cash on delivery unless credit facilities have been agreed. £30 administration charge will be added in case a cheque is dishonoured. By accepting the delivery the customer agrees on our trading terms.
